When can I Check-in? And Check-out?

Check-in is available from 4 pm and you may check-out until 11 am.

Can I extend my check out time?

You can make your extension request by email, phone or at reception, upon availability of the apartment.

When is the latest check-in time?

Check-in is from 4 pm until midnight. An early or late check-in can be purchased prior to communication and availability.

How can I extend my stay?

To make your stay longer, you have to make a new booking.

Is it necessary to secure my reservation? How is done?

Only credit card details (number, expiration date and 3-digit security code) will be requested to secure the reservation. If you do not have a credit card you will be asked to prepay a deposit in an amount to be set, depending on the time of your stay.

How do I change or cancel a reservation made through the website?

You must access the site and click on the Change or Cancel your reservation option and follow the editing or cancellation process until the end. After, you will receive the updated confirmation in the email registered at the time of booking.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Are my payment card details secure?

Yes. Our site is secure, all the details entered in the scope of your reservation are stored safely.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately no pets or animals are allowed in this hotel.

Do we need a deposit upon arrival?

Yes, you will be asked a deposit depending on your stay, that will be returned upon check-out.

The cleaning service is done daily?

Yes, room cleaning service is done daily but kitchen and kitchen utensils are not included. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week or on request.

Does it have private parking?

Yes, the Hotel has a private parking, upon deposit of 10€ per stay, per car, we will provide the key to the gate, next to the hotel, upon availability. We are not responsible for any damage or theft.

Do rooms have a safe?

Yes, but there’s a charge of 3€ per day or 17,50€ per week. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft.

The Spa and indoor pool are free to use?

No, spa access and to its indoor pool have a daily charge of 6€ per person or 10€ per couple. The use of swim cap is obligatory and unaccompanied children below 12 years of age are not allowed in (subject to availability).

Pool towels are provided?

Yes, but there is a deposit for 20€ per towel, per stay. Subject to availability. They can be requested at the Spa, where they can be changed for a new ones.

Can we do a group booking?

Yes, but it’s subject to availability and minimum of 4 rooms. No stag or hen parties are allowed. Please contact our reservations through the contact form below.

Do you have accessible rooms available?

Yes. Please contact our reservations department at comercial@conforhoteis.pt to book it.

Do you have Long Stays?

Yes, but to get our special “Long Stays” pricing you need to stay a minimum of 21 nights, exclusively during winter and subject to availability. Please contact our reservations department through the contact form bellow to book your stay.

What about Covid-19?

Some services may be limited or excluded due to Covid-19 but we make sure your holidays will continue to be as undisturbed as possible. As Portugal is opening up back again, restriction are being lifted and before long everything will be back as usual. Please understand as everything is changing quickly we cannot, in any way, promise you which restriction will be in place during your time here. Please check HERE some of the measures taken to help reduce the risk of infection taken by this hotel.
